Woks are important assets in any kitchen. They differ in sizes that is the width and the depth. They come in different materials too. There are traditional ones, that were used at the early ages and there are modern ones, upgrades of the old version. The one we going to discuss today is one of the modern ones and it has the following advantages and features:
- Enamel coated- Enamel is a material produced by fusing powdered glass to a substrate. It is fired with additive pigments.
- Rust- proof- Enamel coatings combine aesthetically pleasing colors and glossy finishing with excellent technical properties, such as corrosion protection
- Non-stick- Enamel pans are made from a cast iron or steel base, then coated with porcelain enamel to give the pan a smooth non-stick surface
- Healthier and safe- does not release toxic gases in your food when overheated
- Easy to clean- It does not require any abrasives but just a soft cloth and dish soap.
- Attractive-  made by fusing powdered glass to a substrate by firing, usually between 750 and 850 °C. The powder melts, flows, and then hardens to a smooth, durable vitreous coating.  Gives the ware a pleasing aesthetic look.
