Extension cables are flexible electrical cables with a plug on one side and the other side one or more sockets. the extension helps u get power while away from the wall socket and also splits power on that to have multiple power outlets. some of the extensions have a surge protector. this helps the extension regulate the power it helps you prevent the appliance or electronics on the extension from shocking

we have different cables in Kenya which also come with different prices. his extensions some have sockets 4 sockets other 5 soctets and others  6sockets . others have additional features for USB cable ports. most of the extensions are used indoors. There are still also outdoor extension they are called reel extension socket .they called reel extension. which are longer than the usual indoor extensions
