Free Delivery Terms & Conditions
1) Prepayment Required
All orders that qualify for free delivery must be paid in full before dispatch. Payment on delivery (POD) does not qualify for free shipping.
2) Product Size Limitation
Free delivery applies only to non-bulky items. Large or heavy products such as cookers, fridges, Bicycles,machinery and other heavy appliances are excluded and may attract standard delivery charges.
3) Minimum Order Value
To qualify, the total value of items (excluding delivery charges, installation fees, or add-on services) must be above KSh 10,000.
4) Delivery Timelines
Skywave reserves the right to schedule the delivery time, which may take up to 3 business days. However, where possible, most deliveries are fulfilled within 24 hours.
5) Rejected Orders
If an order is rejected at the point of delivery, Skywave will deduct the initial delivery cost from the refundable amount.
6) Priority Handling
Fully paid orders receive priority processing and delivery across all departments.
7) Skywave Discretion on Free Delivery Eligibility
Skywave reserves the right to determine whether an order qualifies for free delivery in cases where:
- an item is on a very low discount, or
- the delivery cost is higher than the profit margin earned on that product.
In such situations, even if the order value exceeds KSh 10,000, Skywave may apply a delivery charge to avoid operating at a loss.
