Essentially, a stand mixer is an extra pair of big, beefy arms in your kitchen. Use it wherever you could use a helper to do a mixing task while you busy yourself with another part of the recipe at hand. It has the following features:
- Twin hand and stand mixer
- Stainless steel bowl with 2liters capacity for liquid and 1 kg capacity for dry food
- Beaters- The flat beater or the mixer blade rotate the food in the mixing bowl to mix them or combining any mixture that has a normal to heavy consistency. Use for cakes, biscuits, pastry, icing and even mashed potato.
- Dough hooks- They work by pushing the dough from the side of the mixing bowl. This hook also works well for kneading heavy doughs, but it works in a slightly different way. Instead of scraping the dough from the bowl’s sides, it pushes the dough from the bottom of the bowl.
- Height adjustable- Turning the beater height adjustment screw counterclockwise raises the beater, while tightening the screw lowers the beater.
- Mixer detaches to use as hand mixer for greater control
- Bowl clamping plate- it secures the bowl so it doesn’t move about in the process of mixing.
- Speed control level- to indicate the sped levels of the mixer
